1. 밀초이스를 제공하지 못할 경우 

There were two choices of main meal which were chicken and beef. But there is no more chicken and the passenger wants to have a chicken meal. 

2. 레드와인을 쏟은 경우

You spit red wine at the passenger and he wears a white shirt. what would you do?

3. 손님이 영어를 못 하시는 경우 

There is a passenger who can't speak your mother tough even English as well.

4. 만취하신 고객이 계속 알콜 음료를 원하시는 경우 

A passenger wants to drink more alcohol, but he looks already drunk. 

5. 명확한 이유 없이 화내시는 고객의 경우 

What if the passenger suddenly gets upset and shouts at you?

After the layover you are going to show up to the Airport. While going to the airport you are doing a small talk with your crew. After you arrived at the airport you saw the crew suddenly change behavior like unwillingness to the pre-flight preparation. At this moment what will you do? And with this behavior How it will give a influence to the crew members and the passengers?
